Breaking News. Indiana Hoosiers Is At The Verge Of Bringing Another Super Star

Indiana has received a commitment from Langdon Hatton, a 6-foot-10, 240-pound power forward/center from Bellarmine and a native of Indiana. Hatton, who has one year of college eligibility remaining, showcased his skills last season, starting in all 31 games he played. He averaged 10.5 points, 7.1 rebounds, and recorded 24 blocked shots while shooting 33 percent from beyond the arc, 51 percent from two-point range, and 68 percent from the free-throw line. Beginning his college journey at William & Mary, Hatton’s potential as a shooter is believed to exceed what was displayed in his role at Bellarmine, with the flexibility to play either the power forward or center position.

Hailing from North Harrison, Hatton has long harbored a desire to play for the Hoosiers. He embraces the understanding of his role as a role player at a high-major program, possessing a mature outlook and a track record of academic success.

Entering the weekend, several schools were actively pursuing Langdon Hatton in the transfer portal, including Indiana, Louisville, Clemson, Minnesota, and Ohio State. Meanwhile, Nahji Logan, a linebacker transfer from UMass, has committed to join the Indiana football program. Originally from Pennsylvania, Logan visited Bloomington last weekend for an official visit with the Hoosiers.

During his four seasons at UMass, Logan appeared in 39 games, amassing 128 tackles, eight tackles for loss, four QB hurries, three pass break-ups, 2.5 sacks, one forced fumble, and one fumble recovery. His performance in the recent season earned him a spot on the College Football Network All-Independent Second Team Defense, where he led his team with 60 tackles, in addition to four tackles for loss, one QB hurry, one pass break-up, and 0.5 sacks.

In 2022, Logan recorded 29 tackles, 4.5 tackles for loss, three QB hurries, two sacks, one pass break-up, and one forced fumble. The following year, in 2021, he tallied 34 tackles, one pass break-up, and 0.5 tackles for loss. As a true freshman in 2020, Logan played in all four games for UMass, starting in two, and finished the season with six tackles.

With one season of eligibility remaining and the option for a redshirt season if necessary, Logan is gearing up for his next chapter. Meanwhile, the 2025 recruiting cycle is in full swing as summer approaches, with top high school football talents across the nation announcing their college decisions.

During the week of April 26 to May 2, seven players committed to Big Ten programs, all from the 2025 class. Among them is a standout Top247 cornerback. Six Big Ten schools secured commitments during this period, with Rutgers leading the pack with two commitments, and Indiana, Maryland, Michigan State, Minnesota, and Purdue each securing one commitment.
