Auburn Tigers News: Auburn football trending up for 4-star OT, transfer edge sets official visit

Recruiting for the class of 2025 is in full swing under the guidance of head coach Hugh Freeze and the Auburn Tigers. Since his arrival, Freeze has been committed to strengthening the team’s offensive and defensive lines, and he is making strides in achieving this goal with the current recruiting class.

There’s positive momentum surrounding the recruitment of 4-star offensive tackle Broderick Shull from Bixby, Oklahoma. Shull visited Auburn in March and has scheduled an official visit for June. According to Chad Simmons of On3 Sports, Auburn football is in a favorable position with Shull.

“Auburn’s prospects are looking promising in Shull’s recruitment. They meet numerous criteria important not only to him but also to his family. Shull is impressed by the coaching staff, the community, and the people associated with the Auburn program. Additionally, his father, who works as an engineer, has connections to a professor on campus, further enhancing Auburn’s appeal. As official visits approach, Auburn appears to be the frontrunner. While Texas Tech initially extended an offer to Shull, it seems that Texas A&M is emerging as Auburn’s primary competitor for his commitment at this stage.”
