Tiger-Cats confirm another vital signing

The Hamilton Tiger-Cats announced the signing of American tight end Thaddeus Moss. Moss, aged 25, previously joined the National Football League’s Washington Football Team in 2021 as an undrafted free agent, later moving to the Cincinnati Bengals in the same year. Standing at 6 feet 3 inches and weighing 250 pounds, Moss hails from Charlotte, North Carolina. He also had a stint in the USFL with the Birmingham Stallions in 2023, participating in eight games and recording three receptions for 38 yards along with one touchdown.

In his collegiate career, Moss played 14 games during his sole season at Louisiana State University in 2019, achieving 47 receptions for 540 yards and four touchdowns. His performance contributed to LSU’s success in winning the College Football Playoff National Championship. Notably, Moss set LSU single-season records for a tight end with 47 receptions and 540 receiving yards. He initially began his college football journey at North Carolina State in 2016, where he played in 13 games, tallying six receptions for 49 yards and one touchdown.

Thaddeus Moss is notably the son of Pro Football Hall of Fame receiver Randy Moss.
